Main Frame
Roll formed 14-gauge steel with through-bolt attachment and industry proven 16-gauge wishbone style base assembly. Leg brace is 11-gauge stamped steel with 16-gauge gravity lock. Adjustable height and child height (23”) legs also available. Legs permanently swaged into frame rails.

Table Top
Standard height is 30”. Polyethylene with color blended throughout. Formulated for outdoor exposure with minimal fade or thermal stress cracking, indoor storage recommended. Average thickness of material has been engineered to be 0.140”. Excellent stacking performance, 15 high maximum is recommended. Edge of table is ¾” thick to accept standard skirting clips. Round tables are made with two half-circle pieces electronically welded together. Top is attached to main frame with bolts and nylon nuts to provide extreme durability and ensure there is no separation during rough handling.

Pre-Paint Treatment & Powder Coating
Frame and tubing cleaned with industrial cleaner and then phosphated for rust resistance. Polyester powder coating has outstanding thin film properties, toughness of film, excellent weathering properties and a smooth appearance.

Feet & Rivets
Glides are insert-style flush mounted standard. Nylon pad mounted on glide for no-mar surfaces. Rivets are ¼”, zinc plated to resist rust, and powder coated for complete rust protection.
