WARRANTY INFORMATION
StackChairDepot.com warrants its products to be free of defects for a period from time of installation as expressed on this page at the time of installation. Warranty covers normal usage. We offer no warranty on upholstery cover other then that expressed by cover manufacturer. Warranties on moving or mechanical parts are limited to one year.
StackChairDepot.com shall not be liable in any event for the cost of any special direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages to anyone due to breach of any warranty hereunder. Our sole obligation shall be to repair or replace product(s) determined to be defective during the warranty period. For repair or replacement please contact StackChairDepot.com. For warranty coverage information will be needed including the product, condition and date or purchase.

RETURN POLICY
Stack Chair Depot requires returns to be authorized by Stack Chair Depot prior to any shipment to or return of any product to Stack Chair Depot. Any returns made without such authorization may become the property of Stack Chair Depot and does not require Stack Chair Depot to compensate any person or entity for such returns.
Returns are to be authorized by Stack Chair Depot by sending an email to sales@stackchairdepot.com which includes the original invoice number, the address to which the product was shipped, and the name included upon the original invoice. If Stack Chair Depot provides you with a “Return Merchandise Authorization” (“RMA”) you will be required to ship the product to be returned to Stack Chair Depot in the original packaging you received the product in. RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE BE RECIEVED BY STACK CHAIR DEPOT IN ORIGINAL MANUFACTURED CONDITION AND BE DEEMED SUCH AT THE DISCRETION OF STACK CHAIR DEPOT. A RETURN OF DAMAGED PRODUCT DOES NOT REQUIRE STACK CHAIR DEPOT TO ISSUE A REFUND, COMPENSATION, OR RETURN OF PRODUCT.
By requesting an RMA the User asserts the product will be returned in original and saleable condition to Stack Chair Depot. RMAs become void 30 days after they are issued by Stack Chair Depot. Stack Chair Depot may make exceptions as deemed necessary by Stack Chair Depot for conditions of product received in defective or damaged condition. User by placing an order with Stack Chair Depot is bound by all return policies within. RMAs should be shipped with the RMA number clearly marked in several places on the outside of the shipping container or they may be denied by Stack Chair Depot.
If an order is placed and customer wishes to cancel it prior to the order being processed by STACK CHAIR DEPOT then customer must e-mail sales@stackchairdepot.com including their invoice number and total sale amount. If the order has not yet been processed a 90% refund may be issued.
Stack Chair Depot will issue refunds with a 25% restocking fee. Additionally buyer/returner pays for shipping and handling. If shipping is charged to Stack Chair Depot then the shipping cost will be subtracted from the refund amount after the 25% restocking fee.
SHIPPING POLICY
Any claim for items received in a damaged condition must be filed with the company responsible for delivery. This is generally UPS. Contact the delivery company’s customer service directly to file your claim. Stack Chair Depot reserves the right to require photographic proof of or return of damaged items to process any claims.
WARNINGS
Inspections:
Owners and property managers are instructed to inspect products at intervals of not less than twice a year, and more frequently when products show signs of wear or deterioration. Inspections must include structural joints welds, points of stress, screws and bolts. Products found to contain cracks, or bent parts or loose or missing fasteners must be removed from service to avoid sudden failure that could lead to injury of users. StackChairDepot.com will not be responsible for damage to seating products caused by use of hand trucks or dollies obtained from other parties. When ordering material handling equipment from StackChairDepot.com the model chair to be moved must be specified.
Chair Spacing:
Property owners and managers are instructed to provide adequate spacing around chairs to prevent tripping and to allow access to exits in the event of an emergency. Purchasers must determine whether local fire codes require hanging of chairs when used in rows (theater) settings. hanging devices are available as an upcharge option. StackChairDepot.com assumes no responsibility for failure to properly arrange chairs in a safe manner.
Flammability Standards:
All urethane foam cushioning and in-line upholstery textiles meet the flammability requirements of Technical Bulletin TB-117. Customers who require other standards, such as TB-133, must contact factory for availability and price quotations.
Determining local code requirements for flammability is responsibility of purchaser.
Chairs with Folding Seats:
Do not stand on seat or use as a stepping stool.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Individuals who visit the STACK CHAIR DEPOT Web site (the “Site”) operated under URL http://stackchairdepot.com (the “Users”) represent that they have read and understand, and agree to be bound by, these Terms and Conditions. User’s use of the Site will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If User does not agree to these Terms and Conditions, User should neither access nor use the Site.
USE OF THE SITE
Site Contents (as defined in the “Intellectual Property” section below) may not be copied, reproduced, modified, published, displayed, uploaded, posted, reposted, distributed, transmitted, used to create a derivative work, or otherwise used for public or commercial purposes without STACK CHAIR DEPOT’s prior written permission.
Users of STACK CHAIR DEPOT’s Site assume all risks. STACK CHAIR DEPOT’s Site and its Contents may not be current, complete, accurate or adequate. STACK CHAIR DEPOT’s Site users are further prohibited to communicating through a posting, email, form, submission or other transmission from or to STACK CHAIR DEPOT’s Site, it’s officers or employees in which any portion of the communication consists of or contains software viruses, chain letters, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.”

CHILDREN’S INFORMATION
In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501-6506 and 16 C.F.R. §§ 312.1-312.12, STACK CHAIR DEPOT does not permit children under 13 years of age to become Users of the STACK CHAIR DEPOT Site. By using the Site, User represents that User is not under 13 years of age.
MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Users are responsible for periodically reviewing STACK CHAIR DEPOT’s Terms and Conditions. GOVERNING LAW
STACK CHAIR DEPOT headquarters are in the United States in the City of Morristown, Tennessee. The laws of the State of Tennessee will govern these Terms and Conditions, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. User agrees that any action arising out of the Terms and Conditions or User’s use of this Site shall be brought in state or federal court in Morristown, Tennessee, and User consents to the jurisdiction of such courts.
MISCELLANEOUS
User may not assign or otherwise transfer these Terms and Conditions or any rights or obligations hereunder. STACK CHAIR DEPOT’S failure to act on any breach of any provision hereof shall not be construed as a waiver of the enforcement of any provision unless STACK CHAIR DEPOT agrees to such waiver in writing.
